Bonjour mes amis!

 

We started another year of classes here in Aix-en-Provence with our association, Le Projet Hanna.  A lot of preparation went in to making this year even better than last year, and we, as well as our students, are excited about what this year might bring.  Almost all of our students from last year have returned and many new students have joined us.  Their ages vary from college students to retirees, and the countries that they call home are all over the spectrum, as well.  We are excited about how the Lord has already blessed this ministry, and we look forward to the many opportunities that He is going to give us to share about Him in ways that are life changing.

 

Remember, our work here is not just about teaching someone something in a classroom.  It is about meeting a need, bettering someone's life in a tangible way, and therefore gaining the opportunity to tell them about Someone who can change their life on a much larger scale.  Eternity.

 

Teaching someone English or a few chords on the guitar is easy.  The hard part is finding the right moment and the right words to move past the English book or the chord charts to talk about things that really matter.  We desire your prayers as we continue in this work set before us.  As we look for new ways to make relationships in our community, and as we desperately search for the occasion to tell our friends about the One who has all of the answers they are searching for.
